He is acutely aware of the skewed power dynamics in modern medicine, where providers often assume a position of unquestioned authority. This has led to widespread distrust, particularly among younger generations. Dr. Cholewa rejects this paradigm, believing that if dentists simply listen to their patients, diagnose the issue, and then stop talking, the entire industry would improve. By avoiding the common pitfall of selling before diagnosing, he builds trust, ensuring patients feel informed and respected throughout their care journey.

Dr. Cholewa’s greatest strength lies in his ability to communicate openly with his patients. He genuinely enjoys listening to his patients’ concerns, fostering an environment where they feel comfortable and confident in their treatment decisions.
